We are now settled in our new home and i have an opportunity to formally thank you for your assistance in the sale of our previous residence. I am pleased to say now we are settled here, we are happy we made the decision to down size.
You may recall we first met you several months prior to placing our home on the market, at an open house. At that time we were merely "testing the water" so to speak, to see what was out there, shouldd be decide to down size. We met up with you again a few times at other open houses.
We were impressed then with your professionalism and attention to detail, whilst being honest and open with us with queiries regarding the property being offered for sale. As you are aware, our association with you began in about November last year when we phoned you to enquire about a property that you had listed. Not only were you enthusiastic about showing us that property, but you persisted in following us up almost every week from then until we decided to list our home with you.
